Mission

Foundations Health & Wholeness is a nonprofit organization in WI. Our mission is innovating care to heal mind and spirit; changing lives, families, and communities. We envision a caring and connected community that embraces the health and wholeness of all people. We serve the community through mental health therapy and foster care. In mental health therapy, we have a main clinic to mental health and addiction. We partner with six different social service organizations in 10 locations to embed our therapists in training to serve children and adults with significant barriers to care. In foster care, we recruit, license, and train foster parents. We work with counties throughout Wisconsin to provide placement and case management for children in need of loving foster homes.
