Mission

Since 2011, Food of God (FOG), a multi-faith feeding program, has addressed the acute hunger needs of the most vulnerable people in our area. As an all-volunteer program, FOG's core mission is to offer a free hot nutritious vegetarian (vegan) meal to all who come to our tables. Restricted in 2020 by Covid regulations , our ministry and "mighty" volunteers turned quickly to rescue fresh, excess, edible food and shared it with our underserved, "food insecure," communities. In 2025, FOG, using the skills, experience, and deep community knowledge we have gained, will expand its hot meal program at our new satellite hub, complementing our rescued food program. We will continue to provide hunger relief to local encampments, shelters, transitional housing, and vulnerable individuals every week.
