Foster America is transforming the way our nation supports families. Together with communities, Foster America transforms systems that serve children, youth, and families by innovating for a more just, equitable future. We envision a system that meets families' needs before a moment of crisis—rather than punishing struggling parents by separating them from their children. Foster America works to safely reduce child protection investigations and foster care entries by helping communities streamline access to resources for families in need. Our goal is a future where resources for children and families are expanded, the child welfare system is smaller, and the national model for child and family well-being provides equitable and compassionate support.
