THE ANCHOR PROGRAM FUND, INC. IS TO BE THE RECIPIENT OF FUNDS BY VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTIONS FOR SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN AND ADULTS IN THE FURTHERANCE OF PROGRAMS DESIGNED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THESE CHILDREN AND ADULTS; AND THAT THESE PROGRAMS CONSIST OF VARIOUS FORMS OF ENTERTAINMENT, FIELD TRIPS, AND OTHER WHOLESOME ACTIVITIES.
