THE VALLEY ZOOLOGICAL SOCIETY WAS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY AS A CHARITABLE NON-PROFIT CORPORATION TO SERVE THE INTEREST OF CONSERVATION OF WILDLIFE AND EDUCATION ABOUT THE ECOLOGY OF OUR PLANET AND TO OPERATE AND MANAGE THE GLADYS PORTER ZOO.
