Mission

Barb's Dog Rescue saves the neglected street dogs in and around Puerto Penasco, Mexico. We heal their broken bodies, tend to their every medical need, and heal their broken hearts, as well. When they are ready, our dogs are made available for adoption at our five acre facility in Puerto Peñasco and our sister location in Peoria, AZ For some dogs who are fearful of people, BDR will become their permanent home. Our locations are very unique, with a focus on congregate living. It's a beautiful thing!
