Mission
The Electronic Privacy Information Center ("EPIC") is a public interest research center in Washington, D.C. EPIC was established in 1994 to protect privacy, freedom of expression, and democratic values in the information age. Our mission is to secure the fundamental right to privacy in the digital age for all people through advocacy, research, and litigation. EPIC pursues a wide range of program activities including public education, litigation, and advocacy. EPIC routinely files amicus briefs in federal courts, pursues open government cases, defends consumer privacy, organizes conferences for NGOs, and speaks before Congress and judicial organizations about emerging privacy and civil liberties issues.
What a market here would mean
Launching a market for Electronic Privacy Information Center creates a token on Robinhood Chain whose creator fees are paid to a vault that can only send money to this organisation's payout config. It does not make this organisation a partner, and it is not something they have agreed to.This organisation is in the provider's catalog but has not set up an account with it. Donations are still routed to it, but the final payout is completed by the provider on its behalf and takes longer.
Collected fees leave Robinhood Chain on its own canonical bridge, which has a seven-day challenge period, and are donated on Ethereum where the provider's relay is deployed. There is no faster path that does not add a third party we would have to ask you to trust. The provider keeps 3% of what arrives.
