THE ANIMAL SHELTER'S MISSION IS TO SHELTER, NEUTER AND FIND HOMES FOR STRAY CATS AND DOGS FRANKLIN COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER IS A NO KILL SHELTER. ANIMALS ARE NOT PUT DOWN UNLESS THERE IS A TEMPERAMENT ISSUE THAT MAKES IT UNFEASIBLE TO PLACE THEM OR AN UNTREATABLE MEDICAL ISSUE.
