Mission
The Oakland Volunteer Fire Company was established in 1933 with the goal of protecting life and property in the Oakland area of Stonycreek Township. For 90 years that goal has not changed as we continually work to fulfill it by training and adapting to modern standards and practices. We work with, for and by way of our communities that we serve, and hope the community will continue to be there for us as we are for them.
What a market here would mean
Launching a market for Oakland Volunteer Fire Company creates a token on Robinhood Chain whose creator fees are paid to a vault that can only send money to this organisation's payout config. It does not make this organisation a partner, and it is not something they have agreed to.This organisation is in the provider's catalog but has not set up an account with it. Donations are still routed to it, but the final payout is completed by the provider on its behalf and takes longer.
Collected fees leave Robinhood Chain on its own canonical bridge, which has a seven-day challenge period, and are donated on Ethereum where the provider's relay is deployed. There is no faster path that does not add a third party we would have to ask you to trust. The provider keeps 3% of what arrives.
