The Gloucester Institute is committed to providing an intellectually safe environment where ideas can be discussed and transformed into practical solutions that produce results, provide a peaceful place to restore and refresh leaders, and to train and nurture emerging leaders. The Gloucester Institute continues the work and memory of Dr. Robert Russa Moton through programs, activities, and maintenance of his historic home, Holly Knoll.
