Mission

The Dog Alliance improves the health and well-being of individuals and families through programs that harness the powerful connection between dogs and humans. We provide service dogs to veterans and civilians with physical or psychological challenges. Our Therapy Reading Dogs help children build literacy skills in schools and libraries. Volunteer therapy dog teams bring comfort and healing to people of all ages in hospitals, rehab centers, and nursing homes. We also offer positive reinforcement dog training for individuals and families, strengthening the bond between people and their pets.
