Ukraine Matters focuses on (1) fighting the ruscist propaganda, debunking the myths about Ukraine, and raising awareness about it in the US and throughout the world, (2) providing psychological assistance to the members of the Fallen Heroes families through professional psychotherapy (support groups, individual therapy sessions, webinars), and different kinds of art therapy (phototherapy, hippotherapy, pottery classes, drawing classes, etc.), (3) providing medical rehabilitation to Ukrainian veterans, and medical assistance to the members of the Fallen Heroes families (dentistry, ophthalmology, gynecology, neurology, screenings, etc.), and (4) providing study grants within the innovative training program for the IDPs, Ukrainian veterans, and members of the Fallen Heroes families.

Launching a market for Ukraine Matters creates a token on Robinhood Chain whose creator fees are paid to a vault that can only send money to this organisation's payout config.
