Mission

As a holistic and literacy-focused nonprofit organization, A Better World employs trauma-informed programming and evidence-based interventions to improve the health and academic outcomes of the children it serves. Community-led, culturally responsive, and collaborative in our approach, we partner with families, peer organizations, and volunteers to collectively assist students in overcoming wellness and academic barriers. With an objective to create pathways for at-risk youth to reach their full potential, we are dedicated to delivering the tools and conditions they need to thrive.
