Mission

MEN’S X MENTAL is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that strives to break down the barriers & stigmas surrounding the MENtal health of male athletes. We empower athletes to share their personal stories on our digital platforms, creating a community where men feel comfortable discussing their struggles & connecting with peers who understand. MXM provides athletes with free access to vetted therapy & self-care resources through partnerships such as “The Zone” & “MindFlow.” We also drive conversations through cause-based merchandise that fosters organic dialogue & by hosting in-person events, speaking engagements, & town-halls that bring these crucial conversations to the court, field, & places where male athletes feel most at home.
