Mission

Robin Hood is New York's largest poverty‐fighting philanthropy and holds steadfast to a single mission: elevate New Yorkers out of poverty. We envision a New York City where your starting point in life does not define where you end up in life. Over the past 34 years, we’ve invested over $3 billion dollars in the most impactful programs across the city — schools, job training programs, food pantries, shelters, health clinics, legal support, and more. Robin Hood has no endowment. Our board of directors underwrites all our administrative and fundraising expenses, which means 100% of donor contributions goes directly to fighting poverty in New York City. Robin Hood funds, supports, and connects community organizations to fuel New Yorkers’ journeys to permanently escape poverty.

What a market here would mean

Launching a market for Robin Hood Foundation creates a token on Robinhood Chain whose creator fees are paid to a vault that can only send money to this organisation's payout config. It does not make this organisation a partner, and it is not something they have agreed to.This organisation is in the provider's catalog but has not set up an account with it. Donations are still routed to it, but the final payout is completed by the provider on its behalf and takes longer.
