Guide Dogs for the Blind (GDB) is more than an industry-leading guide dog school; we are a passionate community that serves the visually impaired. With exceptional client services and a robust network of trainers, puppy raisers, donors, and volunteers, we prepare highly qualified guide dogs to serve and empower individuals who are blind or have low vision to live the life they want to live. Additionally, GDB provides Orientation and Mobility training to ensure individuals have the required skills to qualify for a guide dog as well as navigate confidently and safely using a white cane. GDB also provides children and adults with the opportunity to be paired with a K9 Buddy companion dog. All programs and services are provided to clients from the United States and Canada at no cost to them.
