The Richmond Animal Care & Control (RACC) Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit, is committed to championing the success of the agency. As the sole open-admission animal shelter in the City, RACC tirelessly tends to the needs of over 3,000 animals annually, requiring urgent care.
